The Restaurant.

Our cuisine, run by the promising young chef Angelo, blends local culinary ingredients together with more international ingredients, giving to our food a unique flavour.

Fish plays a very important role and is served at both lunch and dinner. The buffet offers ten different types of fresh salads, and vegetables prepared in different ways. Our evening meal – lighted by candlelight – is a ritual, as well as the themed evenings and farewell performances we organise for our customers.

For the most demanding palates, tarts, cookies and fresh hand made pasta and at breakfast, the organic products’ area.

Wine lovers can consult our wine card where they find our favourite regional and national labels.
If customers prefer to eat in the privacy of their room, or on the terrace of their suite, we offer room service at lunch and dinner.

For children

We also pay much attention to our youngest guests (6 months – 2 years). Here we prepare meals using fresh ingredients and including help facilities to enjoy your meal comfortably (high chairs, bottle warmers).
